2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is an online security feature where users verify their identity twice. For example, when logging into a Mobee account, after entering the password, users will also need to enter a Google Authenticator code. For Face ID/Fingerprint, you can authenticate transactions and change account settings automatically without entering a PIN.
I am having problems with Google Authenticator when withdrawing and logging in.
If you encounter issues with Google Authenticator during withdrawals or login, follow these tips:
- Ensure the code entered is correct for both email and Google Authenticator. Remember, the Google Authenticator code changes every 30 seconds.
- If an incorrect code notification appears, try syncing the time in the Google Authenticator app: click another button, select the settings menu, and select "Sync now." If successful, a "Time Already Correct" notification will appear.
- Make sure your device is set to automatic time according to your location.

- Click "Security" in your account menu.
- Click the icon below.
- Click "Enable Google Authenticator."
- Copy the code and paste it into the Google Authenticator app.
- Your Google Authenticator backup code will appear (can be used if your GA app is lost). We recommend taking a screenshot and saving the backup code.
- Activate Google Authenticator by entering the code sent via registered email and the Google verification code from the Google Authenticator app.
- Congratulations, the Google Authenticator security code has been successfully activated. Happy trading with added security layer!

If you haven't saved the backup code, you can request a 2FA Google Authenticator reset through Customer Service via Live Chat or Email. Follow these steps:
- Prepare photos of the following documents: a) Photo of original KTP b) Selfie holding original KTP and a paper containing the words "Reset Google Authenticator on Mobee" with full name, Date of filing, and signature
- Send the document photos via Live Chat or Email services on your Mobee account page (via website or app) for assistance from Customer Service.
