How to change the password on Mobee account?

• Log in to your Mobee account.
• Click on your profile in the top right corner.
• Select "Security."
• Click "Change Password."
• Enter your old password and your new password.
• Enter the OTP code sent to your registered email.
• Click "Confirm."

Your password is now changed successfully.

How to change email address on Mobee account?

a) Selfie with a piece of paper with the following details:

• Date of change email request
• Your signature
• Reason for changing the email address
• Your KTP/KITAS

b) Then attach the following information:

• Your current registered email address
